Description of Duties:
The Clinical Research Associate I-Implementation supports the clinical research mission of RPC! and Clinical Research Services in a variety of ways. The incumbent will be assigned to various duties based on needs of the department. Examples of duties are: abstracting data from the electronic medical record and other sources and entering the data into various electronic databases or on case report forms, participation in various projects and process development, support for committees and other duties or projects as identified. The incumbent will collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators, Principal Investigators, Data Management Center, study sponsors, CRS management and external customers.
Applicants must have an Associate’s degree in a health or science related field. The preferred candidate will have BS in life science, Certification in research, Data abstraction and entry experience, Clinical research experience, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. The candidate must be flexible, detail oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
